20 STORIES MARKS THE START OF 2025 WITH THREE NEW SET MENUS

Manchester’s highest restaurant, 20 Stories, is marking the start of the year with three exclusive seasonal menus. 

The new lunch set menu, pre-theatre menu and dinner set menu showcase the very best seasonal ingredients and are available for parties of up to 9 guests to enjoy.

Recently revealed as one of the most photographed rooftop bars in the world, 20 Stories is the ideal place to enjoy unrivalled views of Manchester from 92 metres up in the air, on No. 1 Spinningfields’ 19th floor. 

The menus include starters such as; Grilled mackerel, cucumber and white radish salad, horseradish; Pheasant and ham terrine, celeriac remoulade, endive and sourdough toast. 

Exclusive dishes have been hand-curated for any guests taking part in Veganuary to enjoy, including Carrot, coconut, and coriander soup with coriander oil, and Frisée, endive, celery, pear, and fennel salad.

New main courses include dishes such as; Roasted squash with harissa, lentil and green bean salad and rye flat bread; Seared Sea Bass with Jerusalem artichoke, barley and kale and Braised beef brisket with potato rosti and Bourguignon sauce. 

The dessert menu features dishes including; Sticky toffee pudding and salted caramel ice cream; Chocolate and cherry opera cake, cherry & cranberry sorbet; Passionfruit cheesecake, passionfruit sorbet. 

The new lunch set menu will be served from Monday to Friday, from 12:00-15:00 throughout January, with 2 courses for £29 or three courses for £34.

For the pre-theatre menu, tables can be booked between Monday to Thursday 17:30-18:30 with 3 courses for £37.50 per person.

The dinner set menu can be enjoyed between Monday to Wednesday 18:30-21:00, which includes 3 courses for £37.50 per person.
