
The one-off evening will take place on Sunday 16th February with an exclusive four-course menu created by Executive Head Chef, Daniel Scott
Manchester’s highest restaurant, 20 Stories, invites guests to celebrate Valentine’s Day in the sky, with a very special Blackout Dinner.
Visitors are welcomed to dine 19 floors above the city, as the restaurant is plunged into darkness, with thousands of candles and the shimmering city landscapes serving as the only sources of light.
Once seated, the immersive event will include a 4-course menu created by Executive Head Chef, Daniel Scott, and diners can take in the panoramic, unrivalled views of Manchester from 92 metres up in the air.
The 4-course menu, priced at £80pp, or £100pp for a VIP window table, includes:
Chapter I – Canapés for the table
Chapter II – Seared scallops, caramelised cauliflower, apple, golden raisin & tarragon
Chapter III – Pan roasted sea bass, lobster pomme puree, charred leek, Champagne & roe velouté
Chapter IV – Dark chocolate marquise, cherry sorbet
Vegetarian options are available for each course, guests will need to inform the team of any dietary requirements upon booking.
